Crostini

Makes a lot of crostini

  • 1 french baguette, sliced thin
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Slice the baguette to desired thickness, ~1/4-1/2 an inch. Using a brush, apply olive oil to both sides of each slice and place on a baking sheet. Salt and pepper both sides and place under a broiler on high. Once one side turns golden brown, flip and let the other side get golden brown. Serve in your meal/appetizer.
