Hummus

  • 2, 14oz cans of garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup tahini (to taste)
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Put all ingredients except oil into a food processor and pulse until everything comes together. Slowly add oil until desired smoothness is reached. Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
