Mango Salsa
- 8 cups frozen or fresh mango chunks
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 large jicama, peeled and diced
- 1 small sweet red pepper, fine dice
- 2-3 chilies, fine dice - habaneros or fresnos recommended
- 1 oz honey
- salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to your liking. Great with seafood dishes or a big bag of chips.
