Mango Salsa

  • 8 cups frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 large jicama, peeled and diced
  • 1 small sweet red pepper, fine dice
  • 2-3 chilies, fine dice - habaneros or fresnos recommended
  • 1 oz honey
  • salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to your liking. Great with seafood dishes or a big bag of chips.
