Pico De Gallo
- 1 sweet onion
- 3-4 small-medium vine tomatoes
- 2-3 jalapeƱos
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- bunch of cilantro
- 3-4 limes worth of juice
- dash of cumin
- dash of coriander
- salt
Medium dice onion and tomato and add to a bowl. Mince garlic and jalapeƱo and add to bowl. Remove culantro leaves from stems, chop lightly and add to bowl. Juice limes, and add to bowl with a dash of cumin and coriander and a decent amount of salt. Stir and taste, adjust seasoning as desired.
Serve with a large bag of chips and don't expect leftovers.
