Spinach and Bacon Salad

  • 1 large bag of cleaned spinach
  • 4 oz dried cranberries
  • 1 medium red onion, julienne
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 4 oz goat or bleu cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • dressing of your choice, bleu cheese recommended.

Preparation:

Throw everything into a bowl and enjoy!
