Spinach and Bacon Salad
- 1 large bag of cleaned spinach
- 4 oz dried cranberries
- 1 medium red onion, julienne
- 5 mushrooms, sliced thin
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 4 oz goat or bleu cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup croutons
- dressing of your choice, bleu cheese recommended.
Preparation:
Throw everything into a bowl and enjoy!
